Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps to position InnovateNext as an industry leader
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-tech concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven track record of implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging tech
