- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum-AI integration and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ innovation budgets
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformation
- Author white papers and patents for next-gen technologies (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, carbon-negative systems)
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in emerging tech domains
- Present findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, Davos)
- Secure $10M+ in government/private grants for frontier technology projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market ($100M+ impact)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF, DARPA) or corporate venture capital
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
