Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with engineering teams
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with long-term vision
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Build and manage an ecosystem of tech startups and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong background in corporate innovation, venture capital, or tech R&D
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
