Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts
- Lead innovation workshops to brainstorm breakthrough solutions
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-facing applications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their industry implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record in identifying and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
