Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA for R&D collaboration
- Develop AI-powered trend forecasting models to identify market opportunities
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Oversee $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Lead ethics and sustainability integration in all technological deployments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
