Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Develop strategic technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and technology gap assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with technology lifecycle management from research to market maturity
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
