Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, focusing on quantum computing integration and AI governance
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D, product, and business teams on future tech priorities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge research
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts on innovation pathways
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two future-tech areas: quantum computing, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting tools
