Qualifications

- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record launching tech products with 3+ years lead time
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (Nature, IEEE)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
