Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technology solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in nascent tech domains
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot projects
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum Leadership)
