Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Partner with venture teams to scout and evaluate early-stage startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation strategy
- Build frameworks for ethical tech implementation and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching technology-forward initiatives
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Executive presence and persuasive communication skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or futurism preferred
