Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) relevant to 2026
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape assessments
- Facilitate innovation workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
