- Develop ROI models for technology investments including cost-benefit analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record implementing AI, blockchain, or quantum solutions
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capability
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investment committees
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
