- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into 3-5 year development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in simulated market environments
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing tech adoption trajectories
- Author thought leadership publications on future-tech implications for industry 4.0
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrated impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
- Expertise in emerging tech verticals: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CDMP) or technology foresight
