Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify, assess, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop business cases for technology investments with ROI projections
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation of pilot projects and scaling initiatives
- Establish industry partnerships and vendor relationships for technology ecosystem expansion
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
