Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present disruptive technology opportunities to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging risks and opportunities in biotech, AR/VR, and decentralized systems

- Mentor a high-impact innovation lab team of engineers and futurists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
