Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive pilot programs for emerging technologies with $5M+ innovation budget
- Mentor next-gen talent in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
