- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Create annual technology impact assessments and mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruptions (AI, quantum, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications in emerging technologies
