Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions including cloud systems and networks
- Provide tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and security
- Develop automation scripts to streamline IT operations and workflows
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and compliance monitoring
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with systems administration
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
