Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using Java and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and design of our cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering squad.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Python (must be fluent in at least one).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Santa Ana, CA.
