- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech ecosystems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future curricula in emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology or ethics journals
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture principles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Philosophy of Technology preferred
