- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory landscapes of emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
