Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum algorithms and next-gen neural networks
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Architect sustainable tech infrastructure solutions for 2026 deployment
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on cross-institutional innovation projects
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships
- Mentor a team of 5 PhD researchers and publish 3+ industry papers annually
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable commercial prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced R&D with demonstrable impact in AI/quantum computing
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Proven ability to secure government or corporate research grants
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Strong background in green tech architecture and carbon-neutral computing
