Responsibilities

- Secure federal and private grants for emerging technology initiatives
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor PhD researchers and foster innovation through our Future Tech Incubator
- Partner with policy advisors to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent top-tier publications
- Proven track record securing $5M+ in research funding
- Expertise in machine learning, quantum algorithms, or nanotechnology
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in commercializing academic research
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
