Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product launches
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in emerging fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies into commercial applications
- Collaborate with C-suite on long-term tech vision and patent strategy
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from prototype to production
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with venture capital tech incubation programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing architectures
