- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive innovation in carbon-negative data center infrastructure
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions for emerging tech R&D
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Mentor talent in emerging tech specializations (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present future-tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech architecture
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Published research or patents in future-relevant technology fields
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (NIST, IEEE)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
