Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era challenges in quantum integration and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for emerging tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation systems deployed in 2026+ environments
- Collaborate with academic institutions on next-gen computing and biotech convergence
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact of future-ready systems on business outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or sustainable tech infrastructure
- Proven track record of deploying systems with 3+ year future-proofing capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research or patents in at least one future technology domain
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
