Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing AI governance protocols
- Design carbon-neutral data infrastructure solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year viability
- Translate technical specifications into stakeholder roadmaps
- Patent novel methodologies for human-AI symbiosis
- Advise C-suite on technology investment strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in R&D leadership for emerging technologies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Expertise in at least two quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of patenting technological innovations
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Experience with ethical AI framework implementation
- Fluency in at least two programming paradigms
