Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems integrating quantum computing, AI, and blockchain technologies
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces and neural interfaces
- Develop strategic roadmaps for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present breakthrough innovations to executive stakeholders and venture capitalists
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech fields
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, or neural interfaces
- Proven track record of leading R&D projects with measurable commercial impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field or equivalent experience
- Published research in top-tier journals or conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Strong background in system scalability, security, and ethical AI implementation
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
