- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the 'Vision 2026' innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimental thinking and rapid prototyping.
- Oversee partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to secure early access to breakthrough technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Measure and report on the impact of strategic technology implementations on company growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to disrupt established markets.
- Strong understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Sustainable Energy technologies.
- Exceptional ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable business strategies.
