Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption timelines
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry consortium partners
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in disruptive technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or patents in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or biotech
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating minimum 3 successful 5-year tech forecasting implementations
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
