Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Experience building and managing high-performance R&D teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and PMI-Strategic Management Professional
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
