Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing to identify strategic opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and integrate future-ready technologies into existing workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-level tech initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Oversee the digital transformation strategy to ensure scalability and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure) and their business applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Strategic Planning is a plus.
