Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and next-gen cybersecurity paradigms
- Partner with product teams to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on emerging tech opportunities
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab focused on 2026+ technology adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring R&D ROI in futuristic technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Track record of launching products with multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
