Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (e.g., autonomous systems, generative AI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in ethical tech governance and sustainable innovation frameworks
- Experience with federal/state tech policy (e.g., CHIPS Act, AI Bill of Rights)
