Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing and generative AI frameworks
- Certified in Tech Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Published 5+ white papers on emerging tech disruption
- Experience scaling SaaS products to 10M+ users
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain protocols
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
