Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends and competitive intelligence
- Design strategic frameworks for next-gen product innovation and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating future scenarios into tactical plans
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technological readiness and adoption
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investment committees
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Demonstrated success presenting complex future concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio showcasing future-tech strategy implementations
