Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based systems
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and data protection policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- New Mexico residency required (no relocation sponsorship)
