Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and network issues for internal employees.
- Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize IT help desk tickets using our ticketing system.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional technical support and training to staff members regarding software applications.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, backups, and security audits to ensure network integrity.
- Hardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.

Qualifications
