Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding via investor pitches and grant proposals
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and tech forecasting
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 5+ years in tech strategy at FAANG or unicorn startup
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum computing
- Track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method)
- Deep network with academic institutions and venture capital
- Experience securing government tech grants (DARPA, NSF)
