Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices
- Contribute to open-source projects and present technical findings
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development experience with modern frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and system design experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the US (visa sponsorship available)
