- Collaborate with C-suite to identify disruptive opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Certified in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or technology architecture
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
