Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor vision
- Manage innovation sprints exploring 2026-era use cases and disruptive applications
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven reports
- Build and lead a dedicated future-tech incubation team
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2024+)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, labs)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership on future trends
