- Champion agile innovation methodologies across 15+ engineering teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on 5+ major tech launches
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and adoption curve forecasting
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation teams (50+ personnel)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
