Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and invest in next-gen startups
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2030 industry challenges
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-digital interfaces
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology strategy journals
- Track record of leading initiatives with >$50M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
