- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, biocomputing)
- Design scalable architectures for decentralized autonomous organizations
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford Future Labs on joint ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Published research in quantum computing or neural-symbolic AI
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in decentralized governance frameworks (DAOs, blockchain)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) and AI Ethics (IAE)
