Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor, evaluate, and forecast emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead internal hackathons and research initiatives to prototype high-impact solutions.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor tech stacks and market shifts to identify strategic opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks (Cloud, AI, Blockchain).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to identify high-value opportunities and drive execution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
