Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop 5-year innovation pipelines aligned with market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Create executive-level reports on tech disruption scenarios
- Build strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and academic institutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
