Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Design scalable frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Monitor global tech policy developments and adapt compliance frameworks
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in futuristic technology implementation
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (IEEE, Nature Tech)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling tools
