Responsibilities

- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into roadmaps
- Lead competitive intelligence analysis and patent strategy development
- Mentor junior strategists and conduct technology foresight workshops
- Report on KPIs: innovation pipeline velocity, ROI of R&D investments, market disruption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms, decentralized systems)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- PMP or equivalent strategic planning certification
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
