Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Lead high-level architectural discussions and make critical decisions regarding tech stacks and infrastructure scaling.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, advanced ML models) and prototype viable solutions.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering requirements.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the security and ethical implications of deploying next-gen technologies.
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems.
